Quotes
All figures on the website are quote guides. Your final quote is confirmed before work begins. If anything changes after we review your property details, we discuss it with you first — no surprises.
Bookings and deposits
Online specialist bookings may require a deposit to secure your slot. The deposit amount is shown before you pay. Your invoice and booking confirmation are sent by email.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. We will always try to accommodate changes.
Access and property care
Please tell us about access arrangements, pets, alarms and any fragile areas when you request a quote — this helps us deliver the clean you expect.
